1. Boil 200 ml. water to make tea.

2. Put a tea bag in any container and fill it with boiling water, as in normal brewing. Let's brew for 5 minutes.


3. Pour the tea into a deep bowl, add another 300 ml. cold water.


4. Pour sugar, salt. Stir until completely dissolved.

5. Sift the flour and add it to the bowl with tea, knead the dough with a whisk. Pour in two tablespoons of vegetable oil so that the pancakes do not stick to the pan and do not dry out (if suddenly a couple of products by some miracle remain until the morning).


6. We extinguish the soda lemon juice, add to the dough and mix.


7. We heat the pan. Spread the dough in a thin layer over the surface.


Bake pancakes on each side for half a minute.

Separately, we heat the kefir to about 60 degrees, but in no case let it boil, otherwise it will curdle.

2. Add soda to warm kefir. Mix well so that a reaction takes place between the acid and the soda is extinguished.


3. Gradually introduce the sifted flour, stirring with a whisk so that lumps do not form. We add sugar.

To make pancakes without lumps, first make a thick dough, like on pancakes, and then dilute it with prepared milk.


4. Pour hot milk into the dough in a thin stream, stirring so that the ingredients are evenly distributed.

If the dough turned out to be too liquid, separate part of the dough, add flour there. Mix thoroughly and only then combine with the whole dough. Then you will avoid the formation of lumps.

5. At the end, add vegetable oil.

6. Lubricate the pan with oil, heat it. Fry pancakes on both sides until golden brown.


Flip pancakes carefully.
