Rename the new parameter to CTFMON.EXE and open it for editing. In the line "Value:" enter C:\WINDOWS\system32\CTFMON.EXE. Confirm "OK", close all windows, restart the computer.

Thus, we registered in the registry the launch of the executable file CTFMON.EXE. The CTFMON.EXE file supports the text input service and activates the MS Ofiice language bar. This application must be located in the C:\Windows\System32 folder. If there is no such file in the specified folder, you can copy it from the Windows installation disc. Find the file on the installation disk and copy it to the C:\Windows\System32 folder. However, the file is stored on disk in a compressed form. So, we found and copied the file ctfmon.ex_. Now it needs to be unpacked. Open the "Run" window, as described above, with the combination "Win + R", enter in the search: cmd- open the command line. On the command line, enter the following command: expand C:\Windows\System32\ctfmon.ex_ C:\Windows\System32\ctfmon.exe. Press "Enter" and the file will be unpacked into this folder.
